HZSL series sand Manufacturing Plant is a compact solution for producing artificial sand, which is mainly composed of sand making, screening, humidity regulating, dedusting and centralized control system. It has the advantages of small occupation area and environmental protection, so it is especially suitable for producing artificial sand in ready-mixed concrete mixing plant and asphalt mixing plant. Relying on our many years of technical accumulation and advanced manufacturing experience, HZSL series modular sand making plant significantly increases the output of artificial sand in the size of 0.15-0.6mm, which is difficult to produce before. In addition, artificial sand produced by HZSL series plant can rival natural sand, and its fineness modulus can be regulated between 2.5-3.0, powder content is between 5-15%.
After raw materials in the size of 5-100mm(stone chips, melon stones and other cheap raw materials) is crushed and shaped by ZS series high-efficiency centrifugal impact sand making machine, they are divided into three parts(stone power, return products, finished products) after the process of gradation sizing and dedusting. Stone powder will be stored in stone power silo, and finished products stored in finished products silo or warehouse. After raw materials are reasonably and efficiently processed through HZSL system, they can produce competitive artificial sand with reasonable gradation, round grain shape, controllable powder content and dry, clean, recyclable and fine powder(Applications are decided according to raw materials).
