Twin-shaft concrete mixer device
A twin-shaft concrete mixer consists of a stationary welded body, inside which a mixing mechanism is located, consisting of two horizontally located shafts, blades and scraper blades fixed on them. The drive is carried out from an electric motor through a belt drive, covered with a casing, to a gearbox that transmits torque to the mixing shafts. The ready mixture is unloaded through a window at the bottom of the body, closed by a shutter. Loading of the materials making up the concrete mix is carried out by a loading device consisting of a skip with skip guides and a winch powered by an electric motor. The lifting mechanism can be equipped with a regulator for smooth operation. Also, the loading of inert materials can be carried out using a belt conveyor. Water supply is carried out from the water supply network using a water pump. The starting electrical equipment and protection devices are located in the power cabinet. Power is supplied from the 380V power network, and the control circuit from 220V. The mixer is equipped with a dust proof cover. There is an inspection hatch to monitor the condition of the blades. Cleaning the interior of the body, blades with water. Also, the twin-shaft concrete mixer can be equipped with a bearing lubrication system and a device for uniform water distribution.
Working principle of twin-shaft concrete mixer.
The twin-shaft mixer is very easy to use. The constituent mixtures are fed into the concrete mixer skip, after loading, the mixture is lifted upward by means of a skip hoist winch or a belt conveyor and loaded into the concrete mixer body only with rotating shafts. While mixing the mixture, water is supplied through the water supply system in the required volume. The mixture components are mixed. The mixing time of the mixture is from 15 seconds (depending on the mixed components and the required degree of mixture homogeneity). The quality of the mixed mixture is checked when opening the gate of the concrete mixer. After unloading the mixture, the cycle is repeated.
