the accuracy of cement weighing is provided by 3 strain gauge sensors on which a cement dispenser V = 0.5m3 hangs.
Aggregate Batcher
The aggregate batcher is equipped with two to three bins of 15 cubic meters each, the total volume of the bin is 30 to 45 cubic meters. The basic package includes:

Control system
The operator monitors the operation of the installation using a dynamic mnemonic diagram on a personal computer monitor. The technological process of preparing mixtures is controlled by Allen-Bradley microcontrollers (Rockwell concern, Germany), which allow you to visually monitor the operations performed, keep track of material consumption, diagnose the condition of the equipment and develop recommendations for troubleshooting.
