Containerized concrete batch plant is a special type concrete plant used to cater various production and construction requirements. It is similarly composed of mixing system, control system, materials storing system, weighing system and conveying system. It adopts several containers to arrange the main parts of the mixing plant. When they are delivered to the construction job site, the user just need to put the containers together according to the right sequence. The whole plant is erected without the need for a special foundation that means you don’t have to build the concrete foundation because the ground area of the containers ensures stability on suitably compacted soil. This design guarantees both, stability and mobility even in case of frequent plant relocations. The plant comes completely factory-assembled and precabled. The interfaces are provided with convenient plug connections. Erection or disassembly can be achieved in one day only. The maximum transportation width of the containers is not more than 3.00 m.
