Many small organation selected this concrete batching plant, It produce concrete 15 to 25 m³ per hour. Thanks to the high perfermance twin shaft mixer, It mix 500L concrete mixture in every 70s, It can be equipped with 2-bin, 3-bin or 4-bin batching machine, but most clients perfer 2-bin batching machine. 25 Concret Batching Plant widely applied in construction site and block making plant.
35 Concrete Batching Plant
Equiped with a 750L efficient twin shaft mixer, produce 20 to 35 compact concrete per hour. Use skip load aggregate. It equiped with a 3 bin batching machine in standard configure, but can be also change to 2 bin or 4 bin batching machine as your production requirements. 35 Concrete Batching Plant applied for some small concrete supply companies, small projects and block making plant.
50 Concrete Batching Plant
50 concrete batching plant is a medium batching plant, thanks to it 1000L twin shaft mixer, It's capacity can upto 50 cubic meters of compact concrete per hour. If you change it charge method from the skip hoist to belt conveyor, the capacity can upto 60m³ per hour. The twin shaft mixer design and made by ourself, adopt robust materiales, tested for more than 20 years. we can also provide other famous concrete mixers such as sicoma, BHS and others as the request of you.
