Aggregate Storage Hopper is also called as Aggregate Bin, it is a very important components of concrete batching plant. Its role is to store and weighing the aggregate. It usually works outdoors, so it needs better rust and corrosion resistance.
Aggregate Storage Hoppers are manufactured as 2,3,4 or 5 compartments as requested. Each storage capacity of hoppers are between 8m³ and 60 m³. Structural and statyic analysis are done for hopper legs and hopper body. In case of request, it is possiable to cover the hopper with heat isolated sheetmetals, to adapt a grill and heating system by serpantine system. Aggregate weighting is done by 4 units of loading-cells.
